It's amazing the things that you can accomplish with just a blank wall, have you thought of the possibilities? Being a photographer is not the easiest business to get in to, especially when you don't have the luxury of studio space. I have had several people ask me over time if I can do indoor shoots, the answer is YES, if you have a location. While I love to shoot natural light, it is great to get the flashes out.
